Paul Cobb
Managing Director

After completing Agri Business and Marketing at Harper Adams, Paul has been designing bespoke nutrient management plans based on quality test results since 1996. He specialises in high scale strategy for securing the right product at the right time and has developed his client base right across the country mainly working with multi-disciplined Agri-businesses.  Paul watches the international markets closely and has built an enviable reputation for driving savings through his careful timings in securing client fertiliser purchases.

Joanna Cobb
Director FACTS

FACTS qualified Joanna has been involved in this industry for over 20 years, with experience in accounts, marketing, HR and strategy as well as in nutrient management planning. She specialises in supporting our team, helping them create and build relationships with clients and suppliers. The goal is to help clients plan cropping, improve yield and crop quality and securing products at the right time to ensure we fit within client budgets.

Ruth Alexander
Company Accounts

Ruth grew up on a Herefordshire family run farm enjoying all the elements that this had to offer. She attended Usk College of Agriculture studying Farm Secretarial/ Accounting. She has worked alongside Paul and Joanna for 20+ years as their bookkeeper, and has seen the Company evolve and grow, and enjoys being part of the team that controls the day to day efficient running of the business.

Kathryn Walker
Head of Sales

Kathryn is a Beef and Sheep farmers daughter from Monmouthshire. She is a FACTS qualified advisor with specialist interest in grassland and forage production including maize and root crops targeting crop yield and quality. She enjoys working with farming clients to add value to their businesses through tailored cropping and reseeding plans, cost effective nutrition solutions and sound advice.

Charlotte Fischer
Sales Support Manager

Charlotte oversees all our clients’ orders and nutrient management plans. She works closely with all our clients, suppliers, hauliers and spreaders with a high level of customer service. Charlotte is from Herefordshire and has worked with Paul and Joanna for many years in a variety of property and agriculture roles and enjoys being part of a vibrant team and helping our farming customers.

Molly Gray
Client Manager FACTS

Molly is from a farming family in Herefordshire, she joined Cobb Agri after completing her degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University. She is a FACTS qualified advisor. On a day-to-day basis she works closely with her clients developing individual fertiliser policies to suit their needs, making sure they are cost-effective, following through with arranging sales of required products. She works primarily with arable growers including fruit, hops, veg and potatoes. Molly also organises all Cobb Agri social media, events and shows.

Megan Watkins
Client Manager

Meg grew up in Herefordshire on her family’s beef and sheep farm where they breed pedigree Texels and Limousins. After graduating from Harper Adams University with a First-Class Honours Agri-Business degree, she worked across the UK in the agri-food supply chain. Meg has since returned to her geographical roots and assists new and existing clients with their soil nutrition.

Lucy Davies
Soil Nutrition and Testing

Lucy grew up on a diverse family farm in South Herefordshire. She is currently at Cobb Agri completing her placement year as part of her degree at Harper Adams University. She assists in managing our extensive soil testing program, which involves around 5,000 tests annually for soil nutrients, as well as tests on grain, leaf, and manure. This data is processed, evaluated, and documented to create personalised recommendations for you. It all starts with a test, and Lucy ensures these are conducted accurately and punctually.
